A “good” life is cultivated. A good life, is one of intent, with God as the foundation, and Christ as the path.

Are you living a life of purpose? Are you living the life God desires and designed for you? When you focus on God, He focuses on you. Focusing on God is the intentional cultivation of your garden. Your garden is your body and your thoughts, words, relationships with others, and your relationship with God.

It starts with your body; the Temple of the Holy Spirit. If your foundation is toxic, everything about you is infected; thoughts, words, interactions with others and your environment.

The teacher shows up when the student is ready…

You are an antenna. God’s frequency permeates everything. You are emitting and receiving signals, frequencies, energy, at all times.

If you want change, real change that is authentic, substantial…it can only come from within.
